Assistant Manager

We are a casual, family steakhouse restaurant serving fresh, hand cut mesquite grilled steaks, fall off the bone barbecue ribs and fresh baked rolls. We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our family and grow with the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded hospitality professional!

Qualifications:

• Restaurant Manager experience: 1-3 years (preferred)
• Excellent leadership and organizational skill
• Ability to train, inspire and oversee team to the highest hospitality standards
• Strong knowledge of food, craft cocktail culture, and current industry trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An infectious, positive attitude
• Outstanding hospitality skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Flexible schedule - availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
