Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements Rotate, mount, balance, and repair tires Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation levels Conduct basic vehicle inspections (lights, wipers, belts, hoses, etc.) Maintain proper fluid levels (coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, etc.) Follow all safety procedures and shop policies Accurately document services performed and report any additional issues Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards Assist other technicians as needed Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients Perform additional duties as assigned. What you will need: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
