The Little Gym is looking for an outgoing, high-energy team member to join our front desk and customer experience team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, creating a fun atmosphere, and helping families find the right programs for their children.


We are hiring for a Part-Time Lobby Manager / Sales & Customer Service Associate for evening and weekend shifts.


Responsibilities:


  •  Greet families and create a warm, welcoming lobby atmosphere 
  •  Provide excellent customer service through face-to-face interaction, phone calls, and email/text communication 
  •  Sell memberships, classes, camps, and birthday parties to prospective customers 
  •  Answer questions and help families choose the right program 
  •  Manage front desk operations and point-of-sale (POS) system 
  •  Process enrollments, payments, and account updates 
  •  Support daily operations and keep the lobby organized and engaging 
  •  Build relationships with members and create an exceptional customer experience 
  •  Assist with promotions, events, and lead follow-up 
  •  Create and manage social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok 
  •  Capture photos/videos and help promote programs, events, and gym culture online 
Qualifications:


  •  Strong communication and people skills 
  •  Sales experience or confidence speaking with potential customers preferred 
  •  Customer service, retail, hospitality, theater, childcare, marketing, or front desk experience is a plus 
  •  Social media experience preferred, especially with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok 
  •  Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Positive attitude with an energetic and professional personality 
  •  Basic computer and POS system skills 
  •  Reliable evening availability 
  •  Weekend availability preferred
