Schedule: Part-time, approximately 3 days per week. Flexible hours.

Location: Hybrid - Rockville, MD with remote work options based on patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical social work evaluations and assessments for individuals aged 14 and older.
• Deliver psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and couples therapy.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other professionals as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) license in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in a private practice or outpatient setting.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comp & Benefits:

• Type: 1099 Contract Employment

• This position does not offer benefits

• Compensation: 40% of intake fees.

• Malpractice coverage provided if required.

The salary range for this role is 40% of intake fees in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or available benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, , 401K, paid time off, and/or other wellness programs). The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location and benefits vary by practice.
