This is a part-time position and performs various duties: interacts and communicates with students, staff, and adjuncts in-person, online, phone, email, chat; and provides guidance on college course materials. Learns Computer Technology Department courses. Assists department in retention and student success efforts. Works under the direction of the Instructor Senior. Essential Functions
50% - Responds to course-related inquiries from students, staff, and adjunct faculty via in-person and virtual support.
20% - Actively participates in ongoing training and development related to course content and delivery.
10% - Provides general support and assistance to the department as needed.
10% - Assists with the daily operation and upkeep of the Computer Lab.
10% - Develops training materials, including documents and videos, to support students, staff, and adjunct faculty.
