Part- Time Janitor/ Building Cleaner

We are seeking a dependable, detail - oriented Janitor to maintain a professional three-story office building in Greenville, SC.  This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is committed to maintaing a clean, dafe, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles
• Dust offices, common areas, and surfaces
• Clean glass doors, windows, and entryways
• Maintain breakrooms and kitchen areas
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
• Monitor building cleanliness and report maintenance issues
• Ensure all common areas remain clean and presentable

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and professional

Schedule

• Approximately 15 hours per week
• Flexible schedule
• Evening or early morning hours to minimize disruption to tenants
