- Lead full-cycle recruitment and hiring for clinical, administrative, and support staff positions
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Handle employee relations matters and provide day-to-day HR support to employees and leadership
- Ensure HR practices, policies, and documentation remain compliant with labor laws and company standards
- Help build and maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
- Support performance management initiatives, employee development, and employee engagement efforts
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting and administrative tasks
