We are an established private dental group seeking a Part-Time HR Coordinator to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with HR systems—especially ADP. Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding/offboarding and HR compliance
Maintain staff schedules, timecards, and payroll through ADP
Support recruitment, benefits coordination, and employee records
Assist management with HR reporting and communications
Assist accounting department reviewing Payroll before processing
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of HR or administrative experience (dental field preferred)
Proficiency in ADP RUN.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with California labor laws
Schedule: Part-time — approximately 3–4 days per week (flexible schedule)
