Temporary Human Resources Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Honolulu, HI (In-office )
Schedule: Part-time, ~20 hours/week (flexible hours, Monday–Friday)
Assignment Length: 2–3 months (temporary)
Pay: $17–$23/hour (based on experience)
Start: ASAP
Parking: Free parking available 

Position Overview
Bishop & Company is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to provide short-term support for a busy HR department. This role will assist with administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and personnel file management.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Support job postings and applicant tracking
  • Help coordinate onboarding activities, including preparing new hire materials and tracking required documents

Personnel Records & HR Administration
  • Scan, organize, and maintain employee files and documentation
  • Assist with HR record clean-up and data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information

General HR Support
  • Assist with employee communications, training tracking, and follow-ups
  • Support basic HR coordination tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment processes
  • Provide administrative support to HR projects and daily operations

Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing)
  • Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred (HR experience a plus)
  • Recent graduates encouraged to apply

Skills & Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and grow within HR
