Part-time Home Care Recruiting Manager
Sunlight Senior Care is seeking a dedicated Part-time Home Care Recruiting Manager to join our team in Omaha, NE. Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified caregivers.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for home care positions.
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with management teams.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems.
Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, job boards, and referral sources.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver suitable candidates.
Requirements
Previous experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in healthcare or home care industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Basic familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Reliable transportation to and from the Omaha, NE office as needed.
