Part-Time Head Volleyball Coach

Compensation Range:

$15.21 - $20.34

Position Summary:

Hiring compensation range: $15.21/hr to $16.73/hr depending on qualifications.

Job Summary:

The Head Volleyball Coach oversees the administration, leadership, and strategic development of the women's volleyball program. Responsibilities include planning and conducting practices, developing student‑athlete skills, supervising and mentoring assistant coaches, scheduling matches and coordinating team travel, and ensuring full compliance with FCSAA and NJCAA regulations. The coach is expected to foster a competitive, student‑centered environment that supports athletic and academic success.

Hours: 26.5 hours/week

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree. Can be substituted with seven years of relevant experience.
