Serve as a representative of management and customer service at Lerner Theatre events and shows, ensuring that all customers of The Lerner Theatre receive an exemplary experience. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Serve as a floor manager at scheduled events and shows. Assist part-time staff and Lerner Volunteers in their representation of the Lerner Theatre during events and shows. Assist patrons as needed to ensure an exemplary customer experience. Assist in pre-show set-up and post-show clean-up. Strong crisis management/life safety and decision-making abilities. Provide feedback to Lerner Management on concerns, issues, etc. during and post-show events and shows for resolution. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Works shows driven by theatre schedule. Flexibility in weekend and night availability. Remains flexible to take part in other duties and be a team player EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Graduate of accredited high school.
