Part-Time Fitness Sales Associate

HOTWORX Omaha is looking for high-energy, motivated individuals to join our growing team. This is more than a front desk position - it's a sales-driven role where you'll help grow the studio, inspire members, and create an exceptional experience both in person and online.
About HOTWORX
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtual instructor-led workouts inside infrared saunas, plus a functional training area for strength training.

What You'll Do
Deliver engaging studio tours and convert prospects into members
Sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and promotional offers
Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
Build relationships with members and create a welcoming environment
Assist with social media content and community engagement
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio
Support daily operations and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed
Outgoing, positive, and confident personality
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable talking about sales and asking for the sale
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Social media experience is a plus
Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Staffed Hours
Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening and weekend availability is required.
