Immaculate Conception School is seeking a qualified part-time Extended Care Coordinator for the 2026–2027 school year. The Extended Day Care Coordinator should have management experience and experience working with young children. In addition, he/she would be responsible for the direct supervision of students within the program as well as the staff. This position’s hours are 1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Essential Functions
- Supervise the daily operations of the Extended Care Program.
- Supervise aides in planning appropriate social, physical, and creative activities for the students.
- Provide a safe and clean environment for the students.
- Record daily student attendance.
- Record daily payments and post to the accounts receivable system.
- Work with the Business Office on monthly billing.
- Communicate daily with Extended Care Program parents regarding concerns or issues, schedule changes, and general administrative matters.
- Supervision of day care staff members.
- Communicate all significant concerns and issues to the school administration.
- Comply with all regulations of the State Letter of Compliance.
- Complete all paperwork required to update and maintain the State Letter of Compliance.
Position Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field preferred
- MSDE childcare credentialing or willingness to obtain
- First Aid and CPR certified
- Excellent references
Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00, Hourly
