Arcadia at Lookout Ridge Assisted Living is looking for a part-time evening cook to join our dining team and help prepare meals for our wonderful senior residents. The hours are Friday and Saturday evenings from 1130A-7P.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking and wants to work in a calmer environment than a traditional restaurant kitchen, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
Schedule:
Part-time evening shift
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve dinner for residents according to the daily menu
Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices
Work alongside the dining team to ensure a positive dining experience
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Assist with food prep and kitchen tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Reliable and punctual
Food handler’s permit (or ability to obtain one)
