Chick-fil-A Jett Ferry Road is looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member to join our off-site team serving guests at Northside Hospital.

This is a hybrid role that combines delivery driving using a company vehicle with cashiering and customer service at our Chick-fil-A pop-up location inside Northside Hospital. Schedule

• Part-Time (approximately 25 hours per week)
• Open availability is strongly preferred
• Schedule will include a combination of driving and cashier shifts based on business needs
• Must be available to work Saturdays when scheduled

What You'll Do

As a hybrid team member, your responsibilities will include both driving and customer service.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport food and supplies between locations.
• Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule.
• Load and unload products weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Perform routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance concerns.
• Represent Chick-fil-A professionally while driving and during deliveries.

Cashier Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality.
• Accurately take orders and process payments.
• Prepare orders for guests while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow Chick-fil-A food safety and operational standards.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (recommended if driving a company vehicle).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to drive and be eligible to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be able to speak and understand English to communicate effectively with guests, hospital staff, and team members.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to perform both driving and cashier responsibilities throughout each week.
