The Part Time Customer Service Associate delivers exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention, fostering an empowering environment for employees.
Responsibilities include

  • Providing first contact resolution and a positive interaction experience at the location
  • Handling and resolving customer issues promptly with professionalism and hospitality
  • Serving as the primary NPS liaison, analyzing results, and implementing improvement plans
  • Communicating customer needs to staff, offering coaching and guidance to improve service
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed by team members

  • Qualifications include
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in operations and sales, with rental car experience a plus
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
