Part-Time Clinician to join our growing team.
Position: Part-Time Clinician
Location: Westfield, NJ
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week
Format: Primarily in-person with telehealth flexibility
Availability: Weekday, evening, and/or weekend availability preferred

- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position Summary
The Part-Time Clinician will provide individual, family, marriage, and/or couples therapy to a diverse client population presenting with a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and psychosocial concerns. This role is ideal for a compassionate clinician who demonstrates strong clinical judgment, cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
Services will be delivered primarily in person, with telehealth sessions incorporated based on clinical appropriateness, client needs, and scheduling flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and biopsychosocial assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions
- Provide ongoing psychotherapy services through in-person and telehealth modalities
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record
- Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and team meetings as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Adhere to professional ethics, HIPAA regulations, and telehealth best practices
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field
- Active and unrestricted New Jersey licensure in one of the following:
- Previous experience in a behavioral health or outpatient clinical setting preferred
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms preferred
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing a flexible part-time schedule
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated cultural competence and commitment to inclusive care
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish or other languages) strongly encouraged to apply
- Prior telehealth therapy experience preferred
Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation commensurate with licensure level, clinical experience, and areas of specialization.
