Position Description:

Serve as a clinical skills observer in our Health Certification Programs.

• Two (2) years experience working as an Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• Current unrestricted OK RN License is required.
• Experience working in long-term or extended care facility is preferred.
• The work schedule for this position requires flexibility to work a varied schedule, day shift. Typical schedule not to exceed 19 hours per week.

Essential Job Functions

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of and experience in the appropriate subject matter.
• Observe clinical skills to ensure standards are met.
• Evaluate performance of students to ensure standards are met.
• Demonstrate effective people skills, communication skills and professionalism (i.e. - prepared, reliable, responsible, punctual, etc.)
• Perform all other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
