Graze Craze Pearland is a familyowned charcuterie shop run by two sisters who believe in the power of food to bring people together. We’re building a creative, positive, dedicated team — and we’re looking for Grazologists who take pride in beautiful work and great customer service as we share beautiful charcuterie with Pearland and our neighboring communities.

About the Role As a Catering and Charcuterie Specialist (Grazologist), you’ll help create our signature charcuterie boards, boxes, cups and grazing tables - while providing exceptional customer experiences. This role is handson, creative, and fastpaced. You’ll prep ingredients, assemble boards, assist customers, support events and workshops, and occasionally help with social media content or outreach to local businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Follow building guides and assemble beautiful charcuterie boards, boxes, cups and grazing tables with precision and artistry (training provided)

• Operate commercial kitchen tools, including a meat slicer (must be 18+), food processor and convection oven to prep ingredients

• Greet and assist customers instore and by phone and at hosted events with warmth and professionalism

• Support with local deliveries and offsite events (21+ only, must be able to use personal vehicle and insure accordingly)

• Capture simple photos/videos for social media
• Make outreach calls to nearby businesses
• Maintain cleanliness, organization of incoming orders, and safety in the workplace
• Support the team with flexibility, positivity and a can-do attitude
• Participate in pooled tips in addition to hourly pay

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ (to operate slicing equipment per Texas law); applicants 16-17 are welcome, but may not operate the meat slicer

• 21+ if helping with deliveries/off-site events

• Reliable, punctual, teamoriented and able to work under deadlines

• Creative and organized with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Flexible availability (mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays)
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable wearing many hats
• Willingness to learn - no formal culinary experience required - we’ll train you

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• ServSafe Certified (or willing to complete — we cover the cost)

• Social media or content creation and editing experience a big plus

• Customer service, retail, food service, or events background

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Leadership potential for future growth into a Team Lead - Assistant Manager
