Job Title: Caregiver Location: 12520 SW Hart Rd, Beaverton, Oregon Reports To: Health Services Administrator
Shift Hours:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
What You’ll Do
As a Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in helping residents live their best lives. Daily responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting
Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
Escorting residents to meals, activities, and appointments
Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the Nurse or Med Tech
Responding promptly and professionally to call lights and requests for assistance
Safely operating lifts and other mobility equipment
Accurately recording care and communicating updates to your team
What We’re Looking For
Minimum age 18
A genuine desire to serve seniors and make a positive impact every day
Reliability, teamwork, and kindness
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Previous caregiving experience preferred — we’re happy to train the right person
Physical Demands
Ability to stand /walk up to eight hours per day
Must be able to lift/push up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to lift, stand, bend, squat, crawl, reach, and kneel using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time.
