As a Packaging & Production Helper, you'll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality bread and roll production. You will work closely with our bakery team to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a lively and fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities.
What You'll Do
As a PT Bread Packaging and Production Helper, you will be responsible for:
Packaging bread and rolls individually or in groups
Properly bag, label, and tag products for distribution
Performing quality control checks to ensure product quality and accuracy
Maintaining organization of trays, packaging materials, and work stations
Loading and moving bakery racks throughout the shift
Assisting with machine setup and other packaging processes
Supporting additional bakery tasks, such as forming rolls, oiling pans, and stretching dough
Helping with general production support to keep things running smoothly during busy periods
What You'll Bring

A High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Excellent ability to work well under pressure
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to cross-train and assist in various areas of bakery production
Ability to stand, bend, and reach repeatedly throughout the shift
Physical strength to move and load trays and racks during busy periods
Experience in Packaging/Warehouse is a plus
