Part Time Bar Back

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares food items needed in the preparation of drinks
• Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas
• Maintain health and sanitation standards
• Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service performance and/or safety
• Completes stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of bar
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one 1 year in bar back role
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally
• Team player
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Ability to multi-task
