Provide operational leadership by managing shrink, payroll, and schedules, while using data to guide strategies.
Merchandise store effectively and launch promotions on time.

Requirements include 1-2 years retail management experience, strong communication and operations skills, at least 18 years old, and a high school diploma or GED.
Retail flexibility and physical ability to handle merchandise are necessary.
Pay ranges from $19.15 to $22.05 per hour, depending on experience and location.
