Support the store manager in achieving sales goals, recruiting, and retaining a passionate team.
Create engaging customer experiences through product promotion and social media.
Ensure operational excellence by managing shrink, payroll, and schedules.
Utilize sales data and merchandising plans to meet targets and showcase products effectively.
Collaborate with leadership and develop high-performing, customer-focused associates.
Requirements include 1-2 years retail management experience, strong communication and operational skills, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to handle fast-paced retail environments.
Pay ranges from $18 to $20.70 per hour based on experience and other factors.
