We're seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to support store leadership in achieving sales, recruiting, and team development goals.
- Assist in driving sales and engaging customers through promotions, social media, and curbside options.
- Help recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing shrink, payroll, and scheduling.
- Analyze sales data to guide strategies and merchandise effectively using visual planograms.
- Partner with the Store Manager to develop high-performing, customer-focused associates.
- Support a dynamic retail environment, adapting to fast-changing industry demands.
- Require 1-2 years retail management experience, strong communication, and operational skills. A high school diploma or GED is needed; additional education is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle store duties confidently.
