You'll support store leadership in delivering an exceptional customer experience, leveraging your fandom knowledge to assist customers and train new team members.
Your responsibilities include stepping in for management when needed, opening and closing the store, processing transactions, and driving sales through product expertise and trends.
You'll help implement visual merchandising, maintain store organization, and communicate trend insights to management.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED.
