What You’ll Do During the Day
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility support)
- Provide companionship and engagement—conversation, walks, activities
- Support clients with meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands
- Offer transportation to appointments or outings
- Follow the client’s personalized care plan and document visit notes
- Communicate updates to families and the care team
Who We’re Looking For
- A genuine compassion for seniors and those in need of support
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Smartphone for scheduling and care documentation
- Ability to pass Level 2 background check and screenings
- Experience in caregiving (home care, CNA, HHA, senior care, or family caregiving) is a plus—but we provide training for the right person!
Available Schedules
- Part-Time: Flexible shifts (morning, mid-day, or afternoon)
- Full-Time: Consistent day schedules (4–5 shifts/week, 6–8 hours each)
- Coverage areas: Sarasota (Downtown, Palmer Ranch, Gulf Gate, Fruitville, South Sarasota, Siesta Key, and surrounding neighborhoods)
