As a Floating Teacher, you'll move between classrooms—infants to after-school programs—supporting teachers and engaging children through play-based activities. Your role involves creating safe, nurturing spaces while following curriculum and building genuine relationships.
Ideal candidates are dependable, adaptable, and experienced with multiple age groups, meeting licensing requirements and able to lift up to 50 lbs. The position offers childcare discounts, professional growth support, and a rewarding environment where your presence makes a difference.
