Teach engaging enrichment classes that help students explore new interests and build real skills. Concorde Education partners with schools to provide high-quality after-school programs led by passionate instructors. In this role, you will lead structured, hands-on sessions that encourage confidence, teamwork, and healthy movement.
Lead fun, active after-school sports and fitness activities for students in a flexible, part-time role. Classes typically meet once per week for about one hour, though some instructors choose to teach multiple programs per week depending on their availability.
Concorde Education is hiring engaging instructors to lead enrichment classes that help students build coordination, strength, confidence, and healthy movement habits.
Instructors lead structured enrichment lessons using weekly plans while adapting activities to the needs and interests of the students.
Possible Class Topics
Assignments vary by school and may include:
Introductory sports such as volleyball, basketball, soccer, or similar team sports
Yoga, stretching, and mindfulness through movement
General fitness and movement activities
Cardio games and team-based fitness challenges
Strength, endurance, and coordination activities
Bodyweight exercises and movement circuits
Team-building activities through sports and movement
Responsibilities
Lead engaging after-school sessions for students
Facilitate active, hands-on participation in sports and fitness activities
Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment
Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts
Qualifications
Minimum 60 college credits completed
Experience leading sports, fitness activities, coaching, or youth physical activity programs
Experience working with youth (schools, camps, sports programs, or after-school settings)
Strong communication and group facilitation skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
