Concorde Education partners with schools to provide high-quality after-school programs led by passionate instructors. In this role, you will lead structured, hands-on sessions that introduce students to sneaker design, creativity, and the fundamentals of product design.
Lead fun, interactive design activities for students in a flexible, part-time role. Classes typically meet once per week for about one hour, though some instructors choose to teach multiple programs per week depending on their availability.

Possible Class Topics
Assignments vary by school and may include:
History and evolution of iconic sneakers and footwear culture
Basic sneaker design principles (shape, materials, color theory)
Sketching sneaker concepts and design mock-ups
Creative design challenges and concept development
Branding and logo design for sneaker concepts
Introduction to marketing and presenting design ideas
Collaborative design projects and student showcases
Responsibilities
Lead engaging after-school sneaker design sessions for students
Facilitate hands-on sketching, design, and creative activities
Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment
Encourage creativity, collaboration, and idea sharing
Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts
Qualifications
Minimum 60 college credits completed
Experience in design, fashion, footwear, art, or creative industries
Experience working with youth (schools, camps, after-school programs, or tutoring)
Strong communication and group facilitation skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
