Location: Nashville, TN
Hours: Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM-5:30 PM (20 hours/week; occasional evening events)
Pay: $18.73/hour

Supervise and check in/out late scholars; assist with parent communication and pickup.
Oversee after-school volunteers, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Support club setup and daily operations, including managing snacks, Chromebook distribution, visitor check-in/out, space readiness, and weekly inventory.
Assist with scholar data entry and reporting.
Manage the afterschool phone, respond to calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Engage with families to provide updates and support for afterschool programs.
Track and record late scholar payments; upload payment data weekly.
Provide on-site support for select afterschool events.
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
- Friendly, welcoming, and student-focused demeanor.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish, Kurdish, and/or Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
