In this role, you will lead structured, hands-on sessions that introduce students to creative cosmetology skills and industry basics.
Lead fun, interactive beauty and cosmetology activities for students in a flexible, part-time role. Classes typically meet once per week for about one hour, though some instructors choose to teach multiple programs per week depending on their availability.

Hygiene and sanitation practices used in beauty services
Color theory and creative design concepts
Professionalism and client communication basics
Portfolio-style creative projects and design challenges
Responsibilities
Lead engaging after-school cosmetology sessions for students
Facilitate hands-on beauty and creative activities
Maintain a safe, structured classroom environment
Follow hygiene and sanitation best practices during demonstrations and activities
Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts
Qualifications
Minimum 60 college credits completed
Experience in cosmetology, hair styling, makeup artistry, nail technology, or related beauty fields
Experience working with youth (schools, camps, after-school programs, or tutoring)
Strong communication and group facilitation skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
