A condominium association in Highland Beach is seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with residents, staying organized, and helping keep an office running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries
Review and respond to emails
Assist residents in a courteous and professional manner
Scan and send invoices to the accounting vendor
Research invoice payments and follow up as needed
Compile and send documents related to condo sales
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Qualifications:
Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using email, scanning documents, and basic office technology
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Experience working with a condo association, property management office, or residential community is a plus
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
