This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can operate independently and partner with leadership.Responsibilities Manage the monthly close process and prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and reconciliationsReview work of bookkeeper / AP / AR (if applicable)Maintain and improve accounting processes and controlsSupport cashflow tracking and basic forecastingCoordinate with the external CPA for tax filings and year-end closeAssist with audit preparation (if needed)Maintain compliance with GAAP standardsQualifications 5–8+ years of accounting experienceStrong experience with month-end close and financial statementsHands-on experience with NetSuite (required)Proficiency in accounting systems and ExcelSolid understanding of GAAPDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldPreferred CPA or CPA-trackExperience in small to mid-sized companiesExperience cleaning up or optimizing NetSuite processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
