Part-time .50 FTE Special Education Co-Teacher

A Part-Time Special Education Teaching position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in the Harper Creek Community School District, Battle Creek, Michigan. This position works with students in the Harper Creek Center for Academic Achievement (HCCAA).

Summary: Provides on-site coordination and supervision as the caseload teacher for students with IEPS within the Alternative program at Harper Creek Center for Academic Achievement (HCCAA). In collaboration with the HCCAA administrator, High School Principal, and counseling staff of Harper Creek High School, the teacher coordinates and supervises the academic progress of students within the Virtual and HCCAA programs and provides guidance with supplemental aides,accommodations, and other needed support.

LOCATION: Harper Creek Administration Building

SUPERVISOR: Kris Meeker, HCCAA Administrator

PAY RATE: Per Master Contract

STARTING DATE: August 2026
