Responsibilities
General Job Duties:
• Audit and Manage inventory levels of spare parts in satellite storage locations.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
• Identify cost savings between different vendors.
• Liaison between multiple vendors addressing issues and or concerns effectively.
• Stock, label, workflow, inventory spare and repair parts in all PCS Storage location including PCS FSF Cages.
• Manage work-streams for new/ clean / repair parts.
• Use Standard Operating Procedures to troubleshoot and restore inventory issues.
• Conduct work routines that comply with rules & systems based operation best practices while ensuring SAS procedures are continuously evolving and current
• Promotes key values: Conducts duties of the position with truth, sincerity and fairness
• Conduct duties as 6S area owner for PCS TPM support
• Forklift operation for equipment move
• Equipment test station operations
Qualifications
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum # Years Required:
• Associate Degree (2 Year Degree preferred)
• Minimum 6month experience managing inventory
• Self-motivation and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong attention to detail, time management, documentation, and reporting skills
• Work independently, follow direction with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to handle repeated lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in safe manner at all times, avoiding shortcuts that have potential adverse results/risks, and must be able to comply with safety standards and best practices
