Job Summary:
As one of the "faces of PARS," the Client Services Coordinator is responsible for building and retaining excellent relationships with existing clients and cultivating relationships with prospective clients. They support strong client relationships by managing daily service needs, coordinating regular meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely issue resolution. This individual also assists sales efforts by engaging with clients at events and identifying potential opportunities for new and existing clients. Additionally, they may present at Board or Council meetings, representing PARS and serving as subject matter expert as needed.
