Then, join us as our next Parks Operations Coordinator! Based out of our East District, this role will be responsible for holding the standard of our parks high with excellent landscaping, maintenance and custodial duties. How You'll Contribute

  • Clean on-site facilities according to established standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance including painting, changing AC filters and light bulbs, minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
  • Provide customer service by providing information and assisting guests on the grounds.
  • Perform trail maintenance like grading trails, trimming limbs, removing damaged/dead trees, weed eating, constructing water bars and erosion devices and repairing trail system.
  • Maintain and repair park equipment and tools, performs daily inspections of vehicles and maintains records.

How You're Qualified

  • Driver's License

How You'll Stand Out

  • Previous custodial, landscaping and grounds maintenance experience.
  • Skill in the use of hand tools and power equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision in a team environment.
