Overview
The Parking Supervisor supports the Parking Facility Manager in overseeing daily parking operations, frontline staff performance, and customer service delivery at assigned parking locations. This role serves as the on-site operational lead during assigned shifts, ensuring staffing coverage, safe operations, revenue controls, and a positive customer experience.
The Parking Supervisor plays a critical role in executing established procedures, reinforcing safety and service standards, and acting as the first point of escalation for staff, guests, and operational issues.
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Qualifications
Experience
Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
Parking, valet, transportation, or customer service operations experience strongly preferred.
Licenses & Requirements
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to operate vehicles as required by the site.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate frontline teams.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; ability to learn parking management systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
