Parent Shift Team Member – Chick-fil-A

We are looking for dependable, positive, and customer-focused individuals to join our Parent Shift team. This shift is designed to support parents who are looking for flexible work hours while their children are in school or daycare. Team members will help create a welcoming environment for guests while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness in dining, kitchen, and service areas
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
• Support daily restaurant operations during assigned shift hours

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Prior restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Shift Availability

Typical Parent Shift hours may include:

• Monday–Friday
• Between 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
