OBJECTIVES: Reporting to the Manager, Programs – Education/Site Supervisor, the Staff, Programs – Parent Coach/Home Visitor provides individualized, family-centered, home-based services to parents and/or guardians of children from birth to 36 months of age. This position is responsible for assessing family needs, planning and delivering developmentally appropriate activities, and supporting children in achieving developmental milestones. The Parent Coach/Home Visitor also partners with families to identify developmental concerns, achieve individualized family goals, and strengthen parenting skills to promote optimal learning and growth. This role supports Northside’s mission by empowering families and promoting the overall well-being and development of all designated family members.
