SierTeK is seeking an experienced Pararescue Instructor to support the Special Tactics Training Squadron (STTS). The selected candidate will provide instruction, curriculum development support, and subject matter expertise in support of advanced Special Tactics training programs. This position supports the development and readiness of Air Force Special Warfare personnel through classroom, field, and practical instruction

Responsibilities:

  • Provide instruction and training support for Special Tactics personnel in accordance with approved Programs of Instruction (POI).

  • Develop, review, and update lesson plans, course materials, and training documentation.

  • Support training events involving airborne operations, communications, personnel recovery, mission planning, surveillance and reconnaissance, land navigation, tactical vehicle operations, and other Special Tactics mission areas.

  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to enhance mission readiness and proficiency.

  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures.

  • Collaborate with government personnel to support curriculum improvements and training effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a USAF Pararescueman (PJ) at the 7-level skill level.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of Air Force Special Tactics experience.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Special Tactics operations, tactics, techniques, and procedures.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior instructor or evaluator experience within Air Force Special Warfare or Special Tactics organizations.

  • Experience developing or revising military training curriculum and courseware.

  • Experience supporting advanced tactical training programs.
