Responsibilities include assisting students in resource or regular classrooms, performing clerical tasks, and supporting teachers with instructional activities. The role involves conducting small group and individual lessons, reviewing IEPs, fostering positive student relationships, maintaining classroom routines, and participating in school committees and training. The assistant may also perform additional duties as assigned by the principal or administration to support inclusive education and student development.
