You are directly helping students build life skills, confidence, and independencethat carries far beyond school walls.
Provide 1:1 or small group support to students
Help build behavioral, social, and life skills
Support students in classroom and real-world settings
Collaborate with teachers and support teams
Encourage confidence, independence, and growth

What We're Looking For
Education: High school diploma required. 2-year degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Passion for Inclusion: A genuine desire to support students with disabilities.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Experience: Helpful but not required. Heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.
