The Paralegal, reporting to the CEO provides comprehensive support across legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions. This role manages vendor contracts, conducts legal research, assists with litigation and regulatory matters, and supports committee and board activities. Serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, the Paralegal ensures that legal processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
