Competitive Base SalaryCompany paid health plan for employeesVery generous PTODental and Vision, FSA, HSASmall team, autonomyMany more great perks!Job Details Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of personal injury files from inception through resolution.Conduct initial client interviews to gather information about the case and maintain regular contact with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their case.Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and trial materials.Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.Conduct legal research and factual investigations to assist in case development.Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.Maintain organized and up-to-date case files.Ensure compliance with court deadlines and follow up on case developments.Utilize case management software to track case progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in the area of personal injury law.Paralegal certification or equivalent legal education is required.Proficient in case management software and other legal technologies.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of court procedures, rules, and deadlines.Experience in drafting and editing legal documents.High degree of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service.Join us and bring your expertise in personal injury law to our dedicated legal team.
