Responsibilities include managing diverse commercial litigation cases, supporting M&A, IP, real estate, labor, and corporate matters, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting with discovery and trial preparation.
Must have e-filing experience in state and federal courts, strong organizational and research skills, and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred; ABA certification is a plus.
