· E-file in state and federal courts and track filing deadlines

· Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files

· Assist with discovery, including drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and responses

· Coordinate depositions, inspections, mediations, and hearings

· Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and binders

· Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, experts, and opposing counsel

· Review medical records, bills, and claim-related documents

· Assist with subrogation recovery tracking and lien documentation

** Qualifications**

· Familiarity with litigation procedures, deadlines, and court rules

· Experience with e-filing in state and federal courts

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

** Preferred Skills**

· Experience working with insurance carriers and adjusters

· Knowledge of medical terminology and billing records

· Familiarity with case management and billing software (e.g., Clio, Time Matters, or similar)

· Trial preparation experience

· Paralegal certificate is a plus
