Our client, located in Gwinnett County is searching for a Corporate Paralegal to join their team.The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for supporting the General Counsel.Primary Responsibilities:Manage life cycle of company litigation (e.g., contact company approved counsel, coordinate discovery responses, settlement negotiations)File and monitor life cycle of insurance and customer claims (e.g., property damage, personal injury)Prepare demand letters, notices of default, and form contractsCreate and maintain corporate entities (e.g., formation, foreign qualification, annual reporting)Use system of record to track and record claims, litigation, and licenses/permitsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal CertificateMinimum 5 – 7 years related experienceExcellent communication skills requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteExperience with Salesforce is preferred but not requiredFor immediate consideration, please submit your resume to Joanmarie Bolding, Managing Director of Recruiting at jmb@stafffinancial.comClick here to apply online#J-18808-Ljbffr
